You grant LightingAgent.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze contributed documents solely for the purpose of improving the Service and its knowledge base.

No Compensation or Attribution

You understand that contributions are voluntary and do not entitle you to compensation, royalties, or attribution, now or in the future.

Permitted Use of Content

Contributed documents may be indexed, processed using AI techniques, and used to inform responses within the platform. However, these documents will not be redistributed, republished, or made publicly available outside the Service.

Community Value, Not Monetized Content

Documents submitted by users are intended to support the development of a broader knowledge ecosystem and engagement. They are not the basis for future premium offerings, which will be built on officially licensed materials.

Withdrawal

You may request removal of any documents you have contributed by contacting support@lightingagent.ai. We will honor such requests promptly, in accordance with our Data Retention and Privacy Policies.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with Stripe's terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LightingAgent.ai and protected by intellectual property rights.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• AI-generated responses are informational only and should not replace professional consultation.
• LightingAgent.ai is not liable for any damages arising from Service use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
